These Terms of Sale apply to every quote we issue and every order we accept. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a quote you agree to them.

All materials listed on this site are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, not therapeutic goods, not dietary supplements, and not for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis or treatment.

Nothing on this site is an offer, recommendation or advertisement to supply any product for human use, and no claim of safety or efficacy in humans is made.

You must not resupply, relabel, repackage or on-sell any material for human or veterinary consumption.

We supply qualified researchers, laboratories, universities and commercial research organisations only. We do not supply individuals for personal use.

By ordering you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, are acquiring the material for legitimate research purposes, and are competent to handle, store and dispose of it safely.

We may decline or cancel any enquiry or order at our discretion, including where we are not satisfied about the intended use.

You are responsible for ensuring that the material you order may lawfully be imported into, held and used in your jurisdiction, and for holding any permit, licence or institutional approval required.

Some materials are subject to import, scheduling or controlled-substance restrictions. Where a permit is required, it is your responsibility to obtain it before ordering. We are not liable for goods detained, seized or destroyed by customs or any regulator.

The catalogue is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. A contract is formed only when we accept your order by issuing an invoice.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability at the time of acceptance.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Where GST applies it is shown separately on the tax invoice. Freight is quoted separately.

We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before dispatch. If a corrected price is not acceptable to you, you may cancel and receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Payment is by Australian bank transfer (EFT) or PayID against a tax invoice. We do not accept card payments.

Payment is due before dispatch unless we have agreed written terms with you. Orders are confirmed once cleared funds are received.

Please quote the payment reference shown on the invoice. Unmatched payments may delay dispatch.

Title to the goods passes on receipt of payment in full; risk passes on delivery to the carrier.

Lead times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery and returns are dealt with in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Stated purity, mass and specifications are based on the analysis of the relevant batch. Batch-matched certificate of analysis documentation is available for the lots supplied.

Products are supplied lyophilised and must be stored and reconstituted appropriately. We are not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Where permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid for them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from any use of the material outside in-vitro research.

You indemnify us against any claim, penalty or loss arising from your use, handling, resupply or misdescription of material supplied by us, or from your breach of these terms or of any law.

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, our Shipping & Returns policy applies.

We may cancel and refund an order at any time before dispatch, including where stock is unavailable or where we have compliance concerns.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the date your order is accepted.
