Shipping & Returns

Orders are prepared for dispatch once cleared funds are received against the invoice.

We ship worldwide with tracked freight to laboratories, research institutions and registered businesses.

Typical delivery is 1-2 weeks from cleared payment, depending on the item and destination, and is confirmed in your quote. Quoted times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking details are emailed on the day of dispatch.

Material is supplied lyophilised and is stable for shipping at ambient temperature for the transit period. Where an item requires it, we pack with insulation and cold packs.

On arrival, transfer material to appropriate storage promptly. Recommended storage is −20 °C, protected from light and moisture.

Freight is quoted separately and shown on your invoice.

Any import duty, tax, customs charge, permit or clearance requirement at the destination is your responsibility. Please confirm before ordering that the material may lawfully be imported and held in your jurisdiction.

We are not liable for consignments detained, seized, delayed or destroyed by customs or any regulator, and such consignments are not refundable.

Inspect your consignment on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email admin@wholesaleresearchpeptide.com within 7 days of delivery with your invoice number and photographs of the packaging, labels and contents.

Where we are satisfied the issue is our error or occurred in transit, we will resupply the affected items or refund them, at our option.

Claims made more than 7 days after delivery may not be accepted, as we cannot verify storage conditions after that point.

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or where a permit or approval was not obtained.

Unopened items may be considered for return only with our prior written authorisation. Where authorised, return freight is at your cost and a restocking fee may apply.

Do not return any material without written authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be refunded.

Approved refunds are paid to the original bank account used for payment, normally within 5 business days of approval.

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under any consumer protection law that applies to you.
