How to order

We work on a quote-and-invoice basis rather than an online checkout. It keeps pricing accurate for wholesale volumes and lets us confirm that every order goes to a legitimate research buyer.

1. Step 01

   Enquire

   Send us the catalogue references, specifications (mg per vial) and quantities you need through the enquiry form. Tell us your research context and any timing requirements. There is no obligation and no payment at this stage.

   • Enquiries are answered within one business day, Monday to Friday.
   • Minimum order quantities apply on some items — we will tell you upfront.
   • We only supply qualified researchers, laboratories and institutional buyers.

2. Step 02

   Quote

   We reply with a written quote listing unit pricing, current availability, freight and estimated lead time. Pricing is volume based, so larger or repeat orders are quoted accordingly.

   • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
   • Prices are in AUD. GST is shown separately where it applies.
   • You can request changes to the quantities or line items at no cost.

3. Step 03

   Payment confirmation

   Approve the quote and we issue a tax invoice with our ABN, payment reference and bank details. Payment is by bank transfer (EFT) or PayID. We do not take card payments.

   • Use the payment reference on the invoice so we can match your transfer.

   • Orders are confirmed once cleared funds are received — usually same or next business day.

4. Step 04

   Dispatch

   Your order is picked, packed with insulation where required, and dispatched with tracking. Batch-matched certificate of analysis documentation is provided for the lots supplied.

   • We ship worldwide — tracking details are emailed on the day of dispatch.
   • Typical delivery is 1-2 weeks from cleared payment, confirmed in your quote.
   • Inspect your consignment on arrival and report any issue within 7 days.
